Other operations necessary for the maintenance of your boat, such as changing anodes and checking through-hull fittings, can be carried out by a professional diver associated with the concept or by you. The deck and outboard motor propellers can be cleaned using the high-pressure cleaner provided on our system. On request, a diver can be called in to complete the cleaning of the propellers and drive shafts. If you wish, your boat can also be lifted out of the water for a short period using your port’s facilities, thereby avoiding long-term mooring fees.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Unfortunately not. This machine requires an operator to help boaters moor their boats at the Boatwash pontoon and then activate the brushes according to a specific protocol, taking into account the type of boat and the amount of fouling on its hull.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

On any body of water with the following conditions:
– Have a location with dimensions suitable for the machine ordered (BIGWASH 12, 14 or 16).
– The location must be protected from waves. The ideal location is at the end of the harbour or marina, but it is always possible to build protective structures against waves.
– The location must have a water depth at low tide suitable for the depth of the machine ordered (basic depth 3.2 m, but this depth can be reduced if the site requires it).
– There must be a concrete or asphalt manoeuvring area (parking lot type) with a minimum surface area of 25 x 15 m near the location for assembling the machine.
– Obtain any permits required by the authorities.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In terms of electricity consumption, each wash uses approximately 1 kWh.
As for running water, the Boatwash does not consume any running water, unless the operator chooses the \u2018high-pressure water gun\u2019 option (Karsher type), which is equipped with a 3-way valve allowing the user to choose between running water or seawater drawn from under the machine. This gun can be used to clean boat decks and\/or outboard motors.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The operation of a Boatwash is very simple. All controls are grouped together on a remote control. Installation and commissioning of the machine by DELTA BOATWASH engineers and technicians includes training in the use of the Bigwash. This training takes only a few hours.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
